Today is a day for celebration! Contento Social Homes is thrilled to announce that we’ve been awarded a transformative grant by The National Lottery Community Fund. This funding will revolutionise our support for survivors of domestic abuse and their children, enabling us to provide critical services that empower healing and create a more inclusive community.
What This Means for Survivors:
This #NationalLottery grant directly addresses two crucial needs for survivors:
- Language Interpretation: Language barriers should never be an obstacle to seeking help. With this funding, we’ll ensure that survivors from all backgrounds have access to our services through culturally sensitive language interpretation.
- Therapeutic Counselling: The trauma of domestic abuse requires specialised support. Our new therapeutic counselling program will provide survivors with a safe and confidential space to heal, grow, and reclaim their lives.
