You will work directly with tenants, supporting them in their housing journey and connecting them to valuable community resources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Your Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Provide one-on-one support to tenants, helping them sustain their tenancies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist tenants with understanding their tenancy agreements, including rent and anti-social behaviour policies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct regular health and safety checks in tenant accommodations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate with landlords and contractors to organise property repairs and maintenance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Help tenants access opportunities such as education, training, and community activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What We\u2019re Looking For:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>We need someone organised, compassionate, and ready to take initiative. As a Volunteer Support Worker, you\u2019ll assist the Refuge Manager in the day-to-day running of our safe housing for women and children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Your Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manage the daily operations of our refuge properties.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Help organise social, recreational, and educational activities for tenants.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide administrative support, including managing tenancy agreements and rent collection.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work with social services and other agencies to ensure tenants receive the care they need.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What We\u2019re Looking For:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>We are seeking someone who is empathetic, organised, and ready to support women and children in rebuilding their lives.
