Contento Social Homes recently had the privilege of visiting the Toolstation branch in Castleford following the generous toiletries donation received earlier this year in support of women survivors of domestic abuse and their children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The visit, which took place on 22 April 2026, brought together Directors, the Fundraising Officer, and the Leeds Branch Manager as part of an important moment of appreciation and relationship building with a company that continues to make a meaningful difference in the lives of vulnerable families across the UK.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
At a time when many survivors are rebuilding their lives after trauma, partnerships like these remind us that compassion, community support, and corporate responsibility still have the power to change lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
During the visit, the team had the pleasure of meeting Lucy White, Donations Coordinator at Toolstation, whose support and commitment have helped strengthen the relationship between the two organisations over the years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
