Taking place over two days on 3rd and 4th June, this training built on the momentum from our first session in May. It’s all about giving our partners the practical skills and knowledge they need to support some of the most vulnerable people in our communities.
Supporting Those Who Need It Most
During the training, we focused on helping partners set up social enterprises that provide support for:
- Domestic Abuse Victims
- Supported Living Clients
- Care Leavers aged 18 and over
- People dealing with Mental Health, Drug & Alcohol challenges
- Homeless individuals
- Ex-offenders
Our CEO and trainer, Caroline Phansi, led the sessions with passion and experience, guiding participants through everything from day-to-day support to how to access vital funding.
A Big Step Forward for Our Shared Mission
These training sessions aren’t just about skills — they’re part of a bigger vision at Contento Social Homes. We’re working hard through our A Home For Every Woman Survivor campaign to make sure survivors of domestic abuse and their children have access to safe, stable housing when they need it most.
