At Contento Social Homes, we’re delighted to share the monumental achievement in our endeavour to support survivors of domestic abuse and their children across the UK. As of 1st February 2024, we’ve successfully integrated OASIS – On Track, a cloud-based, case management and outcomes measurement database, with Women’s Aid’s On Track Outcomes Measurement System module. This integration signifies a significant advancement in our operational capabilities, enhancing our efficiency and the impact of our support services.
A New Era of Comprehensive Case Management
This integration brings forth a robust and secure platform designed to meet the intricate needs of domestic abuse cases, facilitating a more holistic case management and outcomes measurement approach. It empowers us to deliver interventions that are both effective and centred around the well-being of survivors.
Enhancing Decision-Making with Data-Driven Insights
By combining OASIS DA with On Track, we can harness the power of data to make informed decisions, identify trends, and continually refine our services. This not only improves our operational efficiency but also allows us to transparently demonstrate the value of our interventions to stakeholders.
The seamless integration of these platforms reduces administrative burdens and enhances our capability to provide timely and effective support, demonstrating our commitment to those in need.
Amplifying Our Impact
This technological leap forward aligns with government efforts to combat domestic abuse, showcasing how innovative, data-driven strategies can revolutionise support services and set new standards in the sector.
The integration of OASIS DA with On Track is a testament to our dedication to improving the lives of domestic abuse survivors. It marks a significant step forward in our mission, promising a future where our support services can make an even greater impact.
As we celebrate this integration, we remain focused on the positive changes it will bring to our operations and, more importantly, to the lives of those we support. For more information on the On Track Outcomes Measurement System, please visit Women’s Aid’s On Track.
