On 3rd May 2025, Caroline Phansi—CEO of Contento Social Homes CIC and a multi-award-winning community leader—took centre stage at the Zimbabwe UK Business Chamber (ZIMUKBC) 5th Anniversary Celebration Conference held at the Sketchley Grange Hotel & Spa in Hinckley.

Campaign Momentum: Social Housing Consultancy & Onboarding
Beyond inspiration, the conference served as a catalyst for action. Caroline successfully onboarded several attendees into Contento’s Social Housing Consultancy Initiative—an effort focused on:
